What is HIITSTEP?

HIITSTEP is a NEW and innovative 40 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB and it's here at Functional-Fit Burnley.


What should I bring?

Bring some water and the most important thing yourself!


Do I need to be fit to do HIIT STEP

Just go at your own pace but remember HIITSTEP is the combination of High Intensity Interval Training and the good old Step. The HIITSTEP music has been specially engineered by the some of the UK's best DJ's to keep you motivated throughout the workout. 


Don't be lazy, it's time to go crazy....It's HIITSTEP time!
